Keep in mind that if you file bankrupcy you will have to live in a cash basis for almost 10 years.
That means, cash for cars, cell phones, and apartments prepaid for a 6 month lease. Not to mention, employers won’t want to hire you.
Be careful with what you are doing.

As to payday loans, I have no idea.
