   Stop borrowing money. Good news, though. I think your pension is fully exempt from garnishment.

   If you are receiving Social Security Disability Benefits then do not worry about paying that rip off payday loan company as SSDI is exempt from garnishment by federal law. (see source area).

   They know this and know that it would be a waste of time to try and sue you in court for the debt.

   I will quote from the following :

   SSR 79-4

   Generally, Social Security benefits are exempt from execution, levy, attachment, garnishment, or other legal process, or from the operation of any bankruptcy or insolvency law. The exceptions are that benefits are subject: (1) to the authority of the Secretary of the Treasury to make levies for the collection of delinquent Federal taxes and under certain circumstances delinquent child support payments; and (2) to garnishment or similar legal process brought by an individual to enforce a child support or alimony obligation.
   Section 207 of the Social Security Act provides:
   “The right of any person to any future payment under this title shall not be transferable or assignable, at law or in equity, and none of the moneys paid or payable or rights existing under this title shall be subject to execution, levy, attachment, garnishment, or other legal process, or to the operation of any bankruptcy or insolvency law.”

   In short, they can’t touch you!!
   You can however, open an account for direct deposit to a credit union and ask for a secured loan for the amount to pay off the pay day crooks. The credit union knows they will receive deposits every month and will automatically deduct the loan payments.

   definitely get away from the payday loans!!! As soon as possible.
   They will still hassle you. they will still go through the process and attach any leins that they can etc..

   Does SSD stands for,..? Er,..what does it stand for,..??

   If same be a disability or retirement,..check that you get each month,..
   Why haven’t your Payday loan center not have a card on file for you,..

   are you being given the quick loans,..then,the must have your mem-
   ber,etc card on file,.

   As,..you no doubt, repay the the quick loan,..Or,..is this a different
   deal,..

   Well, merely give the info they request,..then say nothing,..maybe,
   each time you apply for a temp. loan the same questions be asked,..

   No company will lend you money. You have no collaterial to secure the loan. Learn to live within your means or go get a job.
