   Tell your Husband to stop being an idiot and taking out loans at 38%, I would recommend going to a bank and getting a decent loan rate to pay off the loan company. But odds are if you are relying on Payday loans then you don’t have the best standing with your bank.

   Save more money, get another job and pay them down. He / You accepted the responsibility of these loans when you took them. Where did you spend the money?

   consolidate the debt if your debt is under $ 2000try a credit card do not use it for shopping, and make a payment plan then follow a budget
   income -bills food fuel & spending money= payment ie.

   500income – 200 rent
   – 100 food
   – 50 fuel
   – 50 spending money
   = $ 100 a week to pay off loan

   payday loans are great in a pinch but they charge massive amounts of intrest so no dinners out drinking or movies for you till your bills are paid

   If there’s any way you can work, get a job to help him. Sell whatever you can to raise money. Cut expenses as far as you can. See if you can borrow money from family. Then figure out why you’re spending more than you make. Create a budget and stick to it. This is going to be very hard but you can do it.
